New Product Warranty and RMA Policy

Warranty coverage

1. Any and all products sold by PANA WHOLESALE are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects with one exception: OEM processors sold as "parts" carry a 60-day warranty.

2. PANA WHOLESALE will repair or replace, at our option, any product returned to us with a valid RMA number within one-year period.

3. Some components have a manufacturer's warranty for period exceeding one year. For those components, an RMA's must be made directly to the manufacturer, by the customer.

RMA policies

1. When customer has a manufacturer defect in a product sold by PANA WHOLESALE, the customer must contact PANA WHOLESALE, to obtain an RMA NUMBER. To receive an RMA number, please have the following information available prior to contact:
a) Name b) Invoice number c) Date of purchase d) Serial # e) Nature of problem

2. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and a copy of the invoice must be enclosed.
3. All RMA's must be sent freight prepaid unless otherwise specified.

4. PANA WHOLESALE will ship new, repaired or equivalent product only after receiving defective product from customer. PANA will ship product back, freight prepaid.

5. RMA's are typically not issued on consumable goods such as toners, ribbons, etc.

Exceptions (Returns which could result in a charge to the customer)

1. Any return found not to be defective. (The most common return that is found not to be defective is hardware that doesn't work with the customer's current software configuration. If the entire computer is returned, we will configure the software for a minimal charge, usually $30.00. If a part is returned outside the system, and tests show the product to work, we will charge 15% restocking fee on the part.)

2. Any return that is not complete (parts requiring software or manuals that are returned without the software or manuals, etc.) may not be credited.

3. Any return without the invoice and an RMA may not be credited.

4. Products found to be damaged by misuse, abuse or neglect will be denied RMA.

5. Products that have been altered or modified or are missing parts will be denied RMA.

6. Products that are returned because of a mistake in ordering or a "change of mind" will be charged a 15% restocking charge before credit (not money) is issued.

7. Any and all claims for shortage, damage, DOA, and shipment errors on STOCK ITEMS must be made within 10 (ten) days after receipt of shipment.

8. Any and all claims for shortage, damage, DOA and shipment errors on SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS must be made within 3 (three) days from the date the item was received at PANA WHOLESALE.
